DAP can also be allocated to non-profit organizations that work in areas related to our values, such as education, social inclusion, environment or community development.
These organizations are selected under rigorous criteria of impact, transparency and sustainability, ensuring that each contribution contributes tangibly to collective well-being.
Direct Service
Community service trips
As a direct impact alternative, Propella can finance community service trips, in which students, collaborators or volunteers actively participate in social projects.
These experiences promote learning, empathy and teamwork, while generating concrete benefits for vulnerable communities.

Participatory selection process
At mid-year, the Human Resources department enables an internal participation space, collecting proposals and recommendations from collaborators. These suggestions are analyzed by the foundation, which together with management defines and approves the budget and final execution, which takes place in December.
