At Propella Foundation we firmly believe that no athlete should face alone the emotional, academic and athletic challenges that come with pursuing their dreams. High performance demands discipline, consistency and mental strength, but it also requires support, guidance and safe spaces to talk and heal.
That's why FOR YOU was born, a completely free social program of Propella Foundation designed to guarantee access to psychological and professional support for athletes who, due to their economic situation or other circumstances, could not receive it otherwise.
We believe in the power of lending a hand and that, when we support each other, the impact transcends the individual and transforms entire communities.

FOR YOU is a comprehensive and free psychological support program focused on athletes who seek to develop not only in their sport, but also as people.
We recognize that mental health is a fundamental pillar of athletic and academic performance, and that addressing it in a timely manner can make the difference between abandoning a dream or sustaining it with resilience and balance.
The program connects athletes with qualified sports psychologists, providing a professional, confidential and human space to work on key emotional, cognitive and behavioral aspects in their comprehensive development.

Once approved, the athlete receives a support proposal that may include biweekly or monthly sessions, depending on their need and program availability. Each process is monitored with professional criteria, guaranteeing quality, follow-up and institutional responsibility.

Sport plays a fundamental role in the comprehensive training of children and youth, especially in contexts where economic opportunities are limited. Beyond physical performance, sports practice directly contributes to personality development, strengthening values such as discipline, consistency, responsibility, respect and teamwork.
Emotionally, sport becomes a key space for healthy emotion management, allowing young people to learn to manage frustration, pressure, anxiety and stress, while fostering self-esteem, personal confidence and a sense of belonging. These emotional and social skills are transferable to academic, work and personal life, and are determining factors for long-term well-being.
For many young people who lack economic resources, sport also represents a real bridge to a professional future. Whether through athletic scholarships, educational opportunities, leadership development or integration into structured training environments, sport can open paths that would otherwise be inaccessible, functioning as a factor of social mobility and life projection.
At the same time, sports practice acquires a preventive value against the negative psychological effects associated with excessive use of electronic devices, such as social isolation, decreased attention, anxiety and sedentary lifestyle. Sport offers a healthy, structured and socially enriching alternative that promotes movement, human interaction and mental balance. Additionally, in a country where many households are maintained by a single mother, sport does not replace a father, but it does assist in comprehensive training.
Investing in sport and mental health is not just an individual decision, but a social commitment to healthier communities, young people with greater resilience and future adults with tools to face life with balance, purpose and well-being.
We invite you to be part of FOR YOU. Whether as a strategic ally, sponsor, professional, institution or donor, your support can make a real difference in the life of an athlete.
